Please excuse this in the Newbies section, but I couldn't find a Tracktion-specific forum (does this mean that Tracktion's no good?). I've been using T4 then T7 for while but I've now switched to Waveform Free because I'm trying to collaborate remotely with others. Tracktion seem to have discontinued earlier versions and this seems the easiest way to ensure we're all working with the same DAW.
I'm trying to find a way of recording a 'basic cut' to distribute to other band members for each to add their bit and send it back to me for incorporation into the final mix. This would be fairly easy if I created an archive to be passed to each band member in a 'round robbin' fashion as each could add their bit and pass a new archive of the WIP to the next band member. However, I need/want to send the basic cut out to everyone in parallel and for each to pass back their bit. Can this be (easily) done? Thanks for looking, Geoff
