How To Bounce Tracks Help!!!!!

Hi this may sound really stupid but i have recently given up on computer recording and gone back to my TASCAM PORTASTUDIO 02mkII, 4 track.
I have recorded on 3 of the tracks and want to bounce down to the fourth but have no idea how to do it step-by-step!!!!!
The internet had been no help but i know there is a difference between internal and external bounces.
You guys are my last hope!!!

I'm not entirely sure if it's the same one, but I have the 8 track Portastudio, and typically on any machine, it's just a matter of assigning the original tracks to the new one you want to record on.

I would say there will be a bounce function somewhere on your Tascam and you would maybe select the 4th track as the track to bounce to. Then hit record and play, but make sure NONE of your levels are in the red.
