How to better my song, advice on making it sound more professional

i currently have a samsung meteor mic , pop filter, hooked up usb wise to my pc, and use magic music maker 17, i have not really dont any editing to songs and am very new to it. Was wondering what i could do to better this song and future ones.
 
For a start, some better equipment is going to help. The A/D converters in USB mics tend to be crappy.
A stand-alone mic, an audio interface, monitors and software like Reaper would be a good start.
 
Sounds great! Almost no noise issues at all! Except for that typing sound.....
 
Better equipment. Knowing how to record well. It's all about that, I suppose.
