So I am pretty new to recording and music production still using an basic mic but now planning to upgrade to a small home studio I tried 2 daws waveform and cakewalk and recorded some vocals with them and some effects to just to get feel of the software and I like both of them waveform being just a bit more preferred because of the GUI now I want to ask should I go for an audio interface like the Mackie onyx producer 2.2 over a M Audio AIR 192/6 or native audio komplete audio 2 just because it comes with my Preferred software and plugins and makes the whole package CHEAPER ? or just buy the best in the bunch ( YouTube says they are pretty similar) and save up the money for the software and use free version in the mean time ?
Btw I thinking about pairing them with an akg p120 or a p420 ( currently at the same price as p220 ) depending on how much I can afford

Get the interface with the software you prefer. You can always use a different DAW if you feel like a change.
