Hey Guys i go by Eazy, im a a producer, for hip-hop and r&b mostly and now messing with folk music, im located in Toronto Canada, i used to live in Miami Florida...

i have a question on mastering, im new at mastering, i have no money to pay a professional, i know you guys recommend that.

they question i have is, in wave-lab 6, i read the manual on the way to work, and from work, and still don't understand the last process
which is the burning part

i did some great masters, just one track alone, but i couldn't in the life of me, figure out how to burn it on a cd the right way, the right steps, the manual just throws me off, and i wanted to know how to burn in montage mode, the right steps, especially when adding effects to individuals tracks or should i just do it on the master edit,so the effects apply to all the tracks, and when in montage mode, do i line all the wav in one track or all in diff tracks, which is the beset way, and also how to get the artist name and track names on all the tracks, i searched while i work on this site but no one asked this specific question, i guess its because im very slow on the subject or im bad at searching for my answers, i cant even find it on youtube so if you guys have youtube links instead of wasting your time on me, il appreciate that as well, i really need help please guys:D

That should get you started, of course ask whatever that thread doesn't cover (it covers a lot of what you asked, I'm pretty certain). My version of WaveLab is a little older than yours, and I am by no means a mastering engineer, but I might be able to help - it's really a deceptively simple process to get the tracks onto the CD correctly.

edit: On a sidenote: it's almost eerie how similarly you and the creator of that thread have worded things....of course that thread is 5 years old. Weird.
