Honestly...if you have thjose things all working...you really don't need to do much more other than to keep the mix out of the way and let the vocals take center stage. At most, a touch of EQ or some reverb...and that should add that extra "shine".
I think some people try to overdo by then adding too much processing and FX...thinking that it can only get better, but often it doesn't.
For lead vox, nothing more than that other than to add a high pass filter around 120hz.

I like tube saturation on harmonies, the added harmonic content give them that thick sound that started in the 70's with bands like Journey, I also like to EQ boost the "air" (16k) a little.
