How do you hook-up a keyboard to a computer without MIDI? Can you save the sounds as .WAV somehow? Please, any help is appreciated. Peace.

You can record what you play through the sound card, yes. The best bet is a multi-track software, like n-track.

Simplified response:
Keyboard to mixer>mixer (main out) to computer Line In.
Adjust volume for both.
Use your favorite multi-track software and presto,
you're recording just like the pros....
