How do you duplicate the effects of a track so you can use the same effect everytime?

The title see'z it all really. Ive got a bass drum wave(1) file that i have added into CEP v2.0. Ive found the bass drum sound that i want using a variety of preset effects CEP 2.0 has. Trouble is, i cant remember what i have changed or added to the track, to make the sound i want..
Ive since recorded a new track, bass drum wave(2) and I want to adopt the previous bass drum sound/effects from bass drum wave(1)?
Any thoughts???

Save the effect with a name you would recognize.

When you call up the effects there is a list of settings.. hit the add then save the settings you want.
