How Do These Specs Look To Ya?

I know the DMP-3 was popular, but how does M-Audio rank in their converter quality?....I know it needs to be heard, but wondering if it could be on the digimaxLT level? looks to have more features, does it generate word clock to be able to control a digi001?

The Delta converters are pretty praised. The Delta 44/66 and 1010 are used by quite a few people. I don't know if these are the same converters or new ones, though.

The DMP3 is also highly praised.

I've heard that with a ton of DMP3 tracks you end up getting a midrange haze, however, so eight track of it might be a little much to use, but I wouldn't quite know.

All in all, though, it looks like an excellent product, especially for homerecorders.

I've used a 1010 in the past, very good unit at any price. Clean.
