How do I separate a set of songs?

Just purchased a Tascam 2488 and I did my first recording. It was done live, so each track is about an hour long and contains several songs. I just can't figure out how to separate each hour long track into individual songs and rename them?

Hope what I am asking makes sense to someone who can help me out there.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Look for something called a 'marker' or a memory point of some sort. there has to be one or 2 ways of doing it. On my Korg, I set a 'Mark' and that becomes the index point on the cd if i burn a cd 'at once.' also look up, 'cd at once,' it's some kind of trademarked function, if i remember right,...
