Hi all,

I'm a bit of a newbie at recording, and was looking for some advice.

I have a Legend dd502 Electronic Drumkit, Guitar Rig Sessions 3, and Cubase Le4.

I've just gotten used to Guitar Rig Sessions, and using it within Cubase to record some tracks.

I recently borrowed the Legend Drumkit from my friend, and am mucking around on it using headphones, and learning some beats.

Basically I was wondering how do I plug the kit into my computer and record some drum tracks?

On the kit there are some plug sockets aside from all of the ones for the individual drums:

"Midi Out"

"Output: Right"

"Output: Left/mono"

"Aux In"

Do I need to buy a cable to go from the Midi Out into my computer and then get Cubase to recognise it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers

I aint a midi expert but I could tell you this. If you have an interface you can connect the left and right out from your kit to the interface. Maybe the guitar rig can be used as your interface.
