How Do I Record A CD

I recently purchased a vs880 v-expanded with external CD Burner. The manual that I have with it doesn't really explain how to burn a CD with it, unless I am overlooking it. I did what I thought was burning a single song onto a disc, and when I went to playback all I got was a loud noise.

Maybe tell what exactly you did... It's possible that you did the right thing and it's your burner that's screwed up.
