How do I get this lowpass vocal effect?

I'm kind of new to mixing and I'm currently using Logic Pro 8. I'm not sure if it's a lowpass eq or distortion but I need help achieving it.

Sounds like a vocoder to me. But might have a bandpass EQ on it.

Definitely a mix of the heavy T-Pain style of auto tune and MAYBE a vocoder. But it's definitely auto tuned to hell and back.

Yep agree, auto tune + bandpass + saturation/heavy compression.
