Hello, my name is Michaël Vyvermans and i'm from belguim so that's the reason for my bad english :)

I got a band for a year or something and we like to record some things now.
Let's start with my equipment.

My mom bought me a ROLAND/EDIROL ua-25ex and a condensor mic but I can't do anything with this atm.
I'm playing the guitar on a fender strat, the rest of my band is also playing digital (we got an electric drum)

I also figured out that that a condensor mic is not really the one we need because we dont wanna record all togheter, just one by one in several tracks on the recording program.

I got FL studio 9, audacity and cubase but how I have to use it is just a big "?" for me..

Just wanna now how i get started, what program I can use, and a bit of explanation of the setup for my edirol.

Please know that i'm the biggest newbie in recording stuff, I only know how to make music atm, so the simpler the better :)

Greetz, michael vyvermans

Hello Michael and welcome to HR.
Yes your English is a little bad but not that bad.
For recording your electric drums \....it should not be a problem just stereo L/R out of the unit into two channels.
You may want to get a dynamic mic such as the Shure SM57 to record your guitar amp.
Saving your LDC (condenser) microphone for recording vocals.
