how do I do this?

i would like to use my yamaha keyboard to trigger some wav samples that i have on my pc. how can i do this?
i have Sonar and Fruity Loops.
and yes i have a MIDI cable connecting the two.

You will need to load those wav files into a soft-sampler (I believe Fruity has one), assign them to notes (how you do this will depend on your software and source files), and then trigger the sampler from your board.
