I have just spent the last hour on the Apple.com website looking for an e-mail address to ask a question to. I see their 1-800-MY-APPLE telephone number, but I live in Europe. Where in the hell do I e-mail these people?
I don't have some Earth Shattering technical question that will take 3 days and a groupf of Japaneese scientists. I just want to know some questions about financing a Mac firectly from Apple, and if their $500 rebate on a flat screen is vaid when you finance or if you have to buy it out right. I also wanted ot know how to go about making a down-payment. I don't want to finance $3,000 for 24 months and pay $500 in interests charges. I have like $1,500 to put down on it now.
Before you all jump down my throat about jumping on the Mac bandwagon before the Logic Audio body is even cold... I am not going to buy a Mac!!! At least not now... but I would like to have all the information available to me so I can make the right decission.
Does anyone have a contact e-mail address for Apple's sales department? I am at work and cannot make internation calls to the US all day. And at home, I do not want to spend 15 minutes on hold to California from Germany listening to annoying music that waws probably created on a PC!!!!
