Grip,I love that !Favorite {guitar}part of the song....Sounds like accidental feedback.Maybe kicked in the bridge pu of a tele..Sounds like the kinda thing you dont plan.Could be wrong!

I can do it "by accident" with high gain and some phase and delay but it's more of a "finger rubbing the string", that I can't make myself do on time. :D

I'm practicing and the neighbors think the squeeky motor in my furnace is getting ready to go nuclear! :D
