hey,
the other day i posted a msg. about how my sound on my computer stopped working after i unplugged my speakers for a second then plugged them back in. i tested the speakers with another cd player and they work fine, and i also checked the windows mixer levels and stuff and they are all at normal levels. i also changed the slot of my soundcard and reinstalled its software but still i have no sound. does this mean i need a new card or how can i tell if i do? thanks, i'm trying to get this fixed asap b/c my band is recording (with cakewalk of course) and we're in a standstill b/c of this.
