Hi every body i want to ask if i can nudge a track in sound forge and if it can be done by a certain plugin.

What does you mean with nudge? As far as I know 'nudge' a track is to move it slightly back or forth. Is that what you mean?

Yes exactly what i mean i want to move the track for 1 frame or more. Is that possible with sound forge?

Well, in SF you could move it forward by inserting silence in the beggining of the track...
