How are Yamaha mixers?

I've been using a Roland VS-1880, hooked to my DAW and an M-Audio 2496 card, as a mixer; not for recording, but mixing. I'd like to get rid of the VS-1880 and purchase a stand-alone mixer. The Yamaha MG12/4 looks to have features that I want; rear I/Os instead of on the top of the unit, sliders instead of knobs for the volume adjustment. The price is good as well at around $199.

How are the Yamahas?

VERY VERY VERY GOOD! Good Preamps, ultra quiet and solidly built.

Enough said. Buy It.

i like my 12/4, but i've only ever used it for tracking and monitoring, not necessarily mixing.

but still, yeah, i like it :)
