$610,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a really nice place. Good luck with selling it.

I'm not looking to buy the place, but man that looks nice. If I ever sell my house I'm going to do the same thing you're doing now. It's taken me 6 years to get to where I am right now in the construction process, and once I'm done there's no way I'm going to want to move, but if I ever do I'm going to make sure to sell it to a musician who wants a recording studio.

Not trying to be rude, but for $610,000.00, I sure hope like $450,000.00 cash is buried in the walls somewhere.

Decent looking place though. ;)

Holy crap! I thought the 610 figure included the equipment. I was thinking it was like a whole turn-key package!

Geez ... there's another reason I'll never live near LA or New York. $610,000 for 1580 sq ft. --- unbelievable.

Oh well, best of luck selling the place. It's nice, it's just WAY more than I would ever pay. Though I'm sure you'll find someone who will.

The real estate market in CA is a bit different than in PA.

Don't know the lay of the land in LA, but having lived in London and NYC during the dot-com and real estate bubbles, .6 million is not that much for a nice place in a city like LA or NYC. "Specialized" residential properties can be a tough sell to the general public, but fear not- this house will find an eager buyer.

Without being informed in the world of real estate you probably shouldn't make comments like this. That's a very decent price for that home. My aunt sold a 900 square foot 2 bedroom one bath ranch in orange county for 550 thousand. The average home price for the entire state of California is 545,000. Here in the midwest, (st. louis for example) has an average home price of 165,000. So in California(pretty much anywhere) that is a very decent price, and from the looks of it a very nice home. So if anyone needs a good agent in the St. Louis area hit me up! Hey it affords me the ability to be a gear slut.

Damn.
That's all I can say.
I purchased a house that would BLOW this one away, on lake property in Kentucky, for $80,000..so for me to sit here and think... this shit is $600,000.. you have got to fucking be kidding me.
