Horn and Cello players, PLEASE HELP!

I'm working on a song that I need to finish fairly quickly and I need some help. There are some sounds that just CAN'T be duplicated with midi/vsti. If you can play by ear and you play:

Any horn instrument (Ex. French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Flugelhorn, etc.)
or a Cello and have a decent recording setup, please post here or contact me directly!
I need your help.

which sounds can't be duplicated? i run L.A. scoring strings, symphobia and east west symphonic orchestra...from true legato to weird clusters, all is possible

OK, if I may rephrase... It can't be duplicated with cheap plugins. And I don't believe it can me TRULY duplicated with any plugin, no matter how high-end. It's only able to do as much as the recorded samples allow it to.

sadly I have to go back to work in the morning. I've been off for a fortnight until yesterday (started prpgramming for tomorrow) so won't have much time until the term settles in again. On the otehr hand I'm not an ear player & would've required chord progressions to work from so you prpbably wouldn't have found me useful anyway.
IF you're not in a hurry I may be able to assist in a couple of weeks.

A real one... I don't really know how to describe it. A very soft, intimate, in the ear sounding horn.

Well, do they have a recording set-up down there? If they do then that would be all that's required for them to be of help.

can you post the song you have so far? I'm not a stellar colloer, but I can play enough to get by. Can the cello be substituted with a viola? that one is easier for me to play.
