Good Start

Too much high hat and too much high end on the hh, the snare is overcompressed and has too much reverb. WAY too much guitar and too many efx on the guitar. I can't hear any bass guitar. Timing issues on the guitar in some places but not too bad. Some good ideas here just gotta work on the timing issues. hope this helps

yeah, everything he said.

the drum programming sounds clunky too--it's quite easy to tell that they're not real drums, more so during the clean parts than the heavy ones. some nuances would loosen things up a bit and make i sound more natural.

i think the distorted guitar is too loud--to get it more in your face without hogging all the space, i always double-track distorted rhythms with less distortion, and pan them. this gives it a nice, beefy crunch but leaves the guitar in its own space.

i dig the stereo effect on the clean guitar, and generally i like the song--pretty cool riffs. tighten up the performance and get the mix better, and you're on your way.

good luck! :)
