Today I finished replacing "EZ CD Cremater" (Roxio's famous program for manufacturing silver coasters for coffee cups), with Nero. I have burned a lot of copies without a single miss or need to reboot.

Thanks to those who recommended it.

I have EZ Coaster Creator, so I figured I'd stick up for it. Those are some of the most well made coasters you'll find. Plus, you can also carve stuff into them, and glue them to you're wall. Its a very cool decoration. Or, as my roommate and I did, you can go onto the lawn and try and make CD-R trees. I don't think it works though.......

i think ez coaster creater was MUCH better when it was made by adeptec, but once roxio took over it just went to a whole new level of coaster creation. i've been using nero for several months now and friggin love it.

Funny, I can never get EZ Coaster Creator to create a coaster at all...

i use easy cd 5 platinum, it actually works. nero doesn't work for me. when it records the cd's its just a hole bunch of static and noise. any one else ever have this problem with nero. what the newest version maybe i'll try it...

EZ CD Creator has always been a pig, even when Adaptec produced it. Their piggy NT tricks are just flipping fantastic...installing EZCD on Windows2000 or WindowsXP is not something I would recommend. If you do get it installed, please contact me before you attempt to uninstall it.

I think Nero is pretty good, but the interface is totally amature. They definately win when it comes to supported burning formats! If you've got version 5, then I would recommend upgrading to 5.5 ASAP (it's free).

CloneCD is a GREAT program for copying discs, especially protected discs!

The new built in CD burning support in Windows XP is pretty cute. I use it for all my data stuff here at work.
