Has anyone used this soundcard yet? Any thoughts on it would be apprecitated:confused:

make a search for "Hoontech" in this board and you'll find some good info.... :)

The DSP2000 (C-port) is definately the one I am getting once I have money in my pocket....

Actually I have yet to hear anything recorded by the c-port in this board...

Ola, anything yet?? :)

i want to get some extra info on it to. i'm gonna get one very cheap. i just to be sure it will record with good quality

The sound quality of what I record is good. The quality of the performance and mixing isn't so that's why nothing is posted.

aw, c'mon... I am sure you're being modest... :)

give us something..... anything!!!! plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz??? :)

I'll see if I can make a short demo just to show the quality (or lack thereof?) of sound.

Heres a blues recorded with c-port and n-track.

Before I got the C-Port I was using two synced 16 bit cards. Now I record 10X10 (with the S/PDIF included) at 24 bit, quite an upgrade in quality and features!
Installation of the hardware and software was a breeze and I have tried it flawlessly both with W98SE and W2KPro.The combination of all that for such a price (I paid $425 shipping included) convinced me to try it over other more well known cards. I'm sure glad I did!
After only about three months I can't give you any longterm reports but so far I am really happy with it.
