Home Studio XL--is anyone using this?

Hi Men! (and you fearless women)

Is anyone using the Home Studio XL package for recording?
Is it a good investment..does it do what you want...would you point me somewhere else?

It seems like a good deal--149$ with most of the same basic features of Sonar...

Am I being naive`??

Just a guy in need of some guidance!

I was thinking about getting that, but then I found out that it only works with stereo I/O (you can only record 2 tracks at a time). Since I do some recording of drums, that was unacceptable. Other than that, I found that it was very similar to Sonar. I would have gotten it instead of Sonar. I guess those Cakewalk marketing fellas have their head screwed on straight.
