Hey, it's a pleasure to joing the Home Recording Forum! =D
I'm a young brazilian producer, I did a corse a while ago, but only now I'm able to buy the stuff and begin to produce.

I need some help with my room, if you guys could give me some tips I'd be really thankful.

It's about the treatment I need to do in my room. Here goes somes photos and a project I did to show the dimensions.

I know it's important to treat the first place where the sound hits from the monitoring system, aka first reflection, the deal is, my room have a pilar behind where I'd place the sound. And one of the walls is a window, and the other is my closet, made of wood, on the windows I have a blind called Blackout, don't know if it would be a good idea to close it when mixing... Guys, really needing some help over here! =D

Also, I'd like to know if it's a google place to mix, or not.
Really needing some tips in general hahah

Here is a project of my room, and there are photos attached.

Thanks, guys! =D

Not a great way to mix, but in a room of tha tsmall size and restrictions, headphones are your only answer.

Thansk for the advise! I bought a pair of Audio Techcnica ATH M50x as my studio phones, but I'd like to have some speakers, not a good idea at all to do it in my atual room?

You just don't have any room for acoustic treatment. Learn how music you know sounds on the headphones, mix with headphones, burn a disc or put the tunes on a pod, and listen to the mix on as many different systems as you can, adjust the mix, repeat ...
