Obs: The only thing i can't move is my closet!

Questions:
Where the best place to move my desk and my monitors?
The huge windows are a big problem?
Where can i put some bass traps and acoustic absorbers?

Read this great thread about small room acoustics.
Center of the 325cm wall, and you will need to treat the corners (including wherer the door is and the closet) and first reflection points with traps.

Mjbphotos! I sent you a private msg!

But how can i treat all the corners if i have that giant windows on the left side!? How many absorbers do u think is necessary? 1 behind my desk, 1 on the right side...3 traps on the back wall?

You can make 2'x4'x4" thick bass traps that can be stacked, hung, and moved as needed.

Yes, you have a couple of options on where to place your desk

a) In the middle of the 325 wall
b) In the top left hand corner, thus enabling you to keep the symmetry and still being able ot treat the first reflection points

The best way in all cases though is to test it with something like the REW software

With regards to treatment -

a) What have you got in from of the long window?
b) I would treat all corners where possible with superchunk or soffit style bass traps
c) Do you use the closet? Could you make it into a large back wall bass trap?
d) I would place some 4 inch panels on the left side wall to stop flutter echo
