Home Recording Nightmare

I have a Tascam TSR-8 Reel to Reel Deck, Every One come to my studio tell me I'am out of date, I have a Behringer Mx 2442A Mixing Board, Dr,rhythm 660 Drum machine, A Computer, Cakewalk Home Studio, Cakewalk Sonar 3, Tascam 202Mkiii cassette Deck, Behringer Autocom Pro. Processor, a Yamaha DJX Keyboard, 3 SM58 Shure Mikes, 1 Rode NT 1 Recording Mike, Behringer truth B2030p Monitor Speakers, Pyro 2004, Steinberg Cubase VST Recording Software. Can anyone Help me or know how to hook this up to get agood sound
