When I recorded a track into Pro Audio 9 It sounded like I recorded off a Tape. How do I remove the hissing sound???

What kind of mic? What kind of pre amp? What kind of soundcard? Your gain staging and conversion is more than likely the problem. By improving that you'll get rid of the hiss.
