I cannot record with pro tools 6.4 because it always records some time after I played.
When I play a session which was recorded with another computer, everything is fine but if I record something there, it's out of sync, delayed, its waveform is out of place.
I googled about it and nothing.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks :drunk:

You may have a hardware/OS related issue affecting your DAW software. I have written a tutorial but targeting to Adobe Audition slow computer/recording problems. If its responding slowly, then a problem with your audio hardware, or OS related is most likely the cause. Other things you need to check includes insufficient RAM or defective hard drive. You can read more details from this post: Troubleshoot Cool Edit Pro| Adobe Audition Freeze |Slow Studio Computer

Thanks man.
No no problems with all that stuff.
I have a digi oo1 which was made for pro tools and it always worked perfectly.
The funny thing is with other daws such as sound forge and acidpro everything works fine only pro tools record with delay.
WEIRD.
And it's not a pro tools(program) problem cause I use it with other computers.
WEIRD aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Ok some news.
1- If I start a new session pro tools records perfectly
2- If I open a session made with pro tools 5.1 recording is delayed.
3- I started a new session and imported all tracks made with pro tools 5.1, recording still delayed.

So obviously the problem is using an old session.
What in an old session could make a newer pro tools record with delay?
Any ideas?
