Hey S8-N...I did a search for Sennehiser E-604 mics and saw that you bought a three pack about a year ago and said that you liked them. Do you still use them? Did you use them on any of the recordings that you've posted in the last year? I don't recall you ever mentioning them since then. Do you still have the same feelings about them? I'm pretty sure that I'll be buying some soon and was looking to hear some testimony from people who have them.

Fishmed...we had a conversation quite a while ago about these mics (E-604's) and was wondering if you have a clip of something you used them on. It doesn't have to be a very big clip.

I will be checking them out for myself, but I thought it would be cool to hear them in a real world situation.

Thanks guys!

i have two of them. i was looking for a used 3 pack, but i got 2 for $150. they come with clips for drums rims or brass. they are flimsy which is supposed to take away the vibrations. the vibrations dont seem so bad, cant really tell. they are good for a lot more though. and they go up to 18khz. so i mean if you were ona tight budget. like when i started 4 tracking years ago. 3 of these wouldve been. Even though you already have a slew of mics to throw around i think they are good to add. best tom mic ive ever used. and if you dont have a condensor (like me) they are good for acoustic guitars.

Fishmed, hi. You're still around - good. I thought you'd gone the way of Mudbone.

I have been quite busy at work, and did not have much time to get on the BBS.

Welcome back dude...

You really didn't miss much at all....:)
