I'm trying to PM you, but it's not letting me for some reason, it's really weird. Anyway, I wanted to do this privately, but have no choice to post tihs...no big deal. Your drum track is ready for "Highway Star". It's on my page HERE. Scroll down to the bottom
You'll see 2 things. The first one "HighwayDrums" is just my drum track. The second one "HighwayDrums with music" is the drum track with Deep Purple mixed in low so you can use as a reference if you need to learn parts or have a quick reference to the tune. They line up so you can put both in your recorder, play along to either one, and then get rid of the one with Deep Purple. Hope you like it.

P.S. Is this one of the greatest fucking rock songs ever or what!!!
 
I just realised I'm an idiot...well, my parents realised that a long long time ago...but I figured out why I couldn't PM Nak. I was responding to one of your messages, but I was hitting "forward" instead of "reply"...It's sad when cousins marry.

What you talking 'bout Willis? If he's going to bed before 8:30, he's not worthy of playing "Highway Star"...I thought he was my friend...I need a link before I believe you. It just can't be.
 
Man, I remember a long time ago when I was kid and I'd play "Rock N Roll Racing" on the super nintendo with friends and they had the Highway Star MIDI playing on there during the race. That was fun stuff :D

That's actually pretty impressive...whoever took the time to program that was very meticulus and actually very precise...fuck that wasn't bad for MIDI shit.
 
Hi guys, I`m online, I`ve been tracking bass and drinking all day...
While I`m writing this I`m in a very cheerfull drunk mood.

Rami I cant belive how fast you work you truly are the colaborationist of the month :D

I cant wait to hear these tracks, downloading now....

I`ve also recorded an alternative drunk version of Warpigs rythm track, will pm to Dogman. :)

Lets see if you can outdo that MIDI version of the song ;) It's actually pretty crazy, 15 tracks including "reverse cymbal"

Hey, could you PM me that rhythm track too? I'm recording some rhythm tracks now too (also under the influence... this happens every friday) I'm starting over because I started to turn it into a blues track in the gaps for the missing vocals :eek: I'll PM you some stuff too Naka...

You know...now that I'm drunk and listening to my drum track of "Highway Star"..I have to say, its' not that bad. I thought I went off beat a lot when I was straight...Just have to make sure that ayone who listens to it is also drunk.

I`m listening to the rami\purple version now, and man it rocks I cant wait to get in to some heavy recording tomorrow :)

exelent playing so far rami, I love it.
and I`m as drunk as they come :D

damn right it is, I`ve sung it live a few times and man it gets me up there...

I sure hope sining this will be succsesfull, Ian Gillan and Ritchie Blackmore two of my biggest idols.
