Many thanks for putting me in the right direction, the disc arrived yesterday and I have found it a breeze. It took me forever to learn Cubasis and while that has no doubt helped me in this, the manual is easy to follow and I had laid down tracks within an hour of installing it.

Now I just have to lay down some good tracks.

Thanks

Clive

clive. thanks.
there are a lot of tricks and depth of features in using it.
as you can see , for the money its really superb.
but to get the best out of it do a lot of experimentation/engineering.
particularly with audio editor which is deeper than first apparent.
eg: very usefull for doing quickie drum tracks.

if you have a noisy sound card (consumer type) you can use the noise gate effectively (the threshold setting is very important).
also really experiment with the included reverb and echo/chorus effects.
if you have any q's just ask, because there are a few little devious methods one can use. notice what you set track type to (TY) via clicking on the midi plug icon is very important. this sets whether a track is midi, mono,or stereo.
as i said i'll share many tricks with you. just ask.
