Wow man this is really great stuff! I'm just on little headphones at the moment, but the low end is really nice & tight. Good beats and melodies throughout. The vocals work GREAT. Good choice of sounds...good use of reverb...not sure I'm keen on the orchestra synth but it works...is that a real guitar I'm hearing? This one is going on my driving CD!

This kind of music really zones me out...maybe some people can dance to it, but it makes me veg. It's a good feeling, and this track does a good job of it!

Hey Ulli,

I like this stuff a lot. It drives my wife nuts though(maybe that's why I like it:rolleyes: ) I'm definately going to share this one with my son(16). We'll be rockin while Mama's freakin'.

I'm not into dance music, but this is more than that...

Fantastic low end, and very nice mood straight through the piece. Very nice song.

Good Job. This is a keeper.

Listening again at home on my real system, it still sounds great, but there's definately a bit of confusion down at the bottom....especially with that rhodes piano sound. Good work though, I'm definately keeping this one if you don't mind. :)

Thank you all for your kind comments :) Glad to hear that you like it, and even your son ;)

BTW: I was a bit unsure about the low end when it came to mixing but I don't have studio speakers, so I thought this mix is ok. Anyway, it will be mixed again at a studio when it's about to be released on CD so, I leave it like this.....

Cheers

Cool stuff man! You've got some signal on this thing for sure.
I think i'd trim a little low end on the guitar and add just a hair of high end to it. It might only take the triming of the low end and a slight signal boost, but I'd agree with Slackmaster in general. I think some of the parts need a little low chopped and a highlight in the higher frequencies. Nothing too drastic. I like the mellow low sound you are going for.
