OK, when I'm recording a cover of a song it sounds like "dry" compared to the original...

The original is more "powerfull" and it has more "air"..

What can i do to my recordings sounds more than professional studio?

Time, talent, experience, the right gear, etc., etc., etc., etc. It rarely happens by itself...

Do you use all the same instruments and arrangement as the original??? Even if you did, you'd still need all the other elements that Massive listed above. But, for example, using programmed "drums" to cover a song that used real drums will never even come close.
