Ok, My problem is this:
I was trying out the Sonar Demo to see if it has the same problems that I had with Cool Edit Pro. Basically what happens is that I can record multiple tracks only after reformatting my drive, but eventually as time goes on the tracks start going out of time (by time goes by, I mean a few weeks). I didnt used to have this problem with cool edit for 2 years, then suddenly it just started happening. I tried Sonar to see if maybe it was a software error, but it does the same. I've since bought a new audio card and 1 gig of ram to replace my 256 meg card, but the problem is still there. I really dont want to reformat all the time, could someone please suggest anything? I've pretty much tried everything a retard can do.
