Help with soundcard

I get 70 m/s latency.. (!) .. and when I mess with the buffer size, it still doesn't lower it.

If any of you have suggestions, please help. This is really hurting my recordings.

I have an m-audio delta 66 (omni studio breakout box) and I use it with Cubase 5.0

Are you using the Delta's ASIO drivers?
