I'm about to buy a new computer for my small business and mostly personal use. (I have managed to convince my wife I actuallly NEED it!) I'm currenly using guitar tracks and pretty much a novice but having a blast and learning as I go. Just hobby songwriting stuff. I just record electric guitar and bass directly through a small beringer mixer, and then vocals a acoustic guitar with a mxlv67 condenser mic. Fruity loops for drums. No need for muntiple inputs. What about the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz card? What other options are there in this kind of range or a couple of hundred more that would really make any difference with my setup?
