Help with Sony C-38b repair

Hey guys,
I'm trying to unscrew the cap screw that attaches to the U-shaped bracket that supports the C-38b microphone body that is attached to the threads for the mic stand connector. (photos attached)

It looks like the two small holes on the top might remove it, . . but I don't know what tool that would fit into those two small holes, so that I can twist off the screw cap. . .?

If anyone can help, . .I would be very appreciative. . .

You need a spanner wrench. Check microtools or e-bay (I bought mine off e-bay).
