It needs to be bigger, for sure! :D
You might try a different arrangement, like deviding it in half or something, put the bed against the wall, so you have moreopen floor space.
That's a lot of stuff in that room, so it's not gonna be easy, but a two or three tier keyboard stand would help, get rid of the CD rack, you're not really using it anyway, and for heaven's sake please do something with your electric guitar, it looks like it could fall anytime!
