Help With Pro Tools Mbox 2 Plz

Hi guys,

My friend and I bought the mbox 2 and we connect everything fine and work perfectly...

Here's the problem when we start recording you can hear yourself singing
through the headphones but when I sing I hear a little delay
through the headphones and is annoying because
I say the first line and i get confuse by that little delay.

The funny part is that when I record it record on time so for that part
Im fine.

Any input on how to resolve this problem will be gladly appreciated it.

mute the track in pro tools and you wont hear the delay while you record.

make sure the buffer size and clock is adjusted to produce a low latency.

also i forgot to add that after you mute the track in pro tools you have to adjust the mix button on the mbox so you can hear yourself live, just start with it in the middle and adjust from there

I lower the buffer and mute the track when I went to record, so thanks again
for the help guys
