ive used the 8 track for many years getting my band up and running and now theres some material id like to get off the machine on to my computer. here comes the problem. the play and record swithes under the buttons have both been overused and dont work anymore. i cant figure out a way to get my music off the machine witout having the play function. im trying to slave the machine with logic so i can use that to play the fd-8 but ive seen only links on doing this with cubase. i guess the same principles apply but cant seem to do it. i have a g4 with logic and a delta 66 soundcard. any help would be massively appreciated..........
