Help with Mbox Setup

I have an Mbox, a Mackie 1402 VLZPro, and RNC compressor, and a Lexicon MPX 550 Dual Channel Processor. I want to use the Mackie for my mic preamps and channel eq. Can someone out there tell me exactly how to hook all of these components up and make them work properly. All of my attempts to route cables and hook everything together has proven unsuccessful.

as far as your effects go, it looks like youll have to run them through your boards fx loop. (check the manual)
as far as running to the m box....you dont have direct outs for each channel of your mixer. so youll have to use the MAIN L and R outs. just route your microphone into channel 1 of your mixer, pan that channel to the LEFT, then run the left main out of your board to the mic1 of your M box.Now do the same thing again but on channel 2 of your baord, panned to the RIGHT, out the right main output, and into the mic2 of the M box.
that oughta get you recording.
