Help with installing Auto tune

Hi ppl

I have just downloaded auto tune to use on cool edit, on cool edit it should show up in the directx folder located in effects if i am correct. Mine will not show up at all, i have tryed to put the .dll file in cool edit (not sure if its in the right one) but i have tryed numerous files. It just doesnt seem to show up on cool edit and i have tryed the same technique with a software called Mixcraft 4.

It's a sign.... don't use auto tune

don't know those DAW's, but for ableton you'd have to put the file in a folder which you then set to scan and will come up in the plugins tab, anything like that you see?
