Help with connecting a effect unit (Soundcraft EPM8)

Can someone tell me how I connect a external effect unit to
a Soundcraft EPM8 mixer ?

The effect unit is a Behringer Mini Fex 800, it has OUTPUT R/L, INPUT R/L.

The master section of the mixer has AUX1 OUT, AUX2 OUT, and 2 INSERTS.
And a button for AUX MASTERS: AUX Pre - AUX Post.

On each channel ther is an INSERT and a PFL button.

What type of cables are needed ?

Aux 1 from mixer to L input of the effects unit.

Effect unit L and R outputs to the one of the Stereo channel inputs L and R.

Short guitar cables will work just fine.
