I can't give you a sonic review of the ins and outs of too much compression, or too little eq, as I don't know a lot about that stuff.
All I can say is from a one-off listen, it really rocked. I liked the riff and the rythym. Real drums would make it better. The thing I would say is the song didn;t really have a peak or climax in the way of a killer riff or lead break, and the outro was kind of ordinary. It reminds me of 80's hair metal too like the other guy said, but it's got a good feel, and rythym
