help simple Q

hey there,

loaded an mp3 into sonar and wanted to know how to slow it down. It is a fast guitar track that i am trying to learn how to play.

please end my frustration

If you just want to slow the music down to learn the riff then there is a nice little plugin for Winamp that will slow the music down without altering the pitch.
It's called Pacemaker and you can get it here:

I'm not entirely sure how to stretch audio in Sonar....

im not sure but try this

right click your audio clip and choose groove clip looping. Changing your project tempo will change your clip tempo too but it will end up sounding like crap. I tried only once.
