Help preparing a Producer's Demo Package

What up everybody? Im a young cat who aspires to be the #1 Producer in the WORLD...I do rap, hip hop and r&b...Okay Ive sold a few beats here and there so I am doing what it takes to get started, but I was wondering is there a certain way to put together a Demo package from a producers stand point. Should I make a compilation of all beats that Ive done...should I talk over them...do I still need to take pictures of myself and stuff like that (Oh yeah assuming that Im sending the demo to labels looking for producers..) How do I do this..Im ready to take over.

Just out of curiosity: If you're that nice, why won't you just start your own label and market yourself that way?

Are you speaking production company?!?

HOw do go about saying that I have a "Production Company"...What kind of legal stuff do I have to do?..What does it take to have your own production company? How do I go about doing this?...Help please.
