Help please! behringer, reaper, guitar rig!

i friend of mine lent me a behringer ucg102 to record a few stuff, but i can't work with this!

Can i use "reaper" and "guitar rig 4" to record what i want?

i can use reaper and i can use guitar rig, but when i try to work with them together it just doesn't work

Guitar rig is a plug in. Reaper is a sequencer or DAW. Have you got the drivers for the behringer? What is it a sound card or that usb guitar they made?
